Meet the Team
John Eyster
John Eyster is a native of Decatur, Alabama. He graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, and later earned his M.B.A. from The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He began his career as a stockbroker with Morgan Keegan & Co., where he worked for nine years before returning to join his father in the family real estate business in 1999.
For a number of years, John worked alongside his father developing, leasing, and managing commercial real estate in north Alabama, with a primary focus on industrial properties and warehouse parks. He has also served in several leadership roles, including on the Board of Directors of the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, its Transportation Committee, and as chairman of Young Business Leaders.
John moved to Chattanooga in 2015 and later began working with Pointe Commercial Real Estate.
Several years later, he and Hamilton Brock formed Twelve Stones Property Group, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate firm providing leasing and brokerage services across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.
John enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid golfer. He also enjoys tennis, fishing, hunting, and is a student pilot.

Birdie Callaway
Birdie Callaway brings nearly a decade of experience as a real estate agent to the Chattanooga Property Shop team. Originally from El Dorado, Arkansas, Birdie saw becoming a Realtor as both an exciting challenge and a blessing.
Having known many people in her hometown for most of her life, she was honored to serve them during important moments, whether they were buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or navigating a major life transition. She brought a caring, personal touch to each client relationship and now brings that same empathy to her new hometown of Chattanooga.
Birdie loves the relationships that come with real estate. For her, serving clients means more than helping with a sale. It is about listening well, building trust, and helping people feel confident during one of life’s biggest decisions.
Before beginning her real estate career, Birdie spent time working in industrial China, where she experienced transition and relocation in a unique way. That perspective helps her connect with clients who are moving for work, family, or a fresh start.
When she is not assisting clients, Birdie enjoys exploring Chattanooga and discovering all that her new town has to offer.

Chris Hicks
Chris Hicks brings a unique mix of real estate, business, and data experience to Twelve Stones Property Group. A U.S. Air Force veteran and data science professional, Chris has a practical, numbers-driven approach to helping clients make smart real estate decisions.
Before entering commercial real estate, Chris built experience through business ownership, analytics, and investment real estate. That background gives him a strong understanding of how property decisions affect operations, growth, and long-term strategy for business owners and investors.
Chris focuses on commercial real estate throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding region, helping clients with buying, selling, leasing, and evaluating opportunities. He enjoys working with business owners, property owners, and investors to understand their goals and help them move forward with confidence.
For Chris, real estate is about more than completing a transaction. It is about building trust, communicating clearly, and helping clients see the full picture before making an important decision.
When he is not working with clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, their two young children, and their third child on the way. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing ice hockey.
